Process rail

Five stages. One accountable desk.

Designed for importers who want fewer hand-offs and clearer ownership from RFQ to sailing.

01

Source

We work with growers, spice mills and artisan workshops that understand export grades. For kitchenware we draw on New Perfect Kitchen Ware’s production relationships; for produce and spices we align lots to your size, moisture and colour brief.

02

Grade

Inbound lots are checked against the agreed specification. Rejects stay out of export packing. You receive clarity on what “A grade” means for that SKU — not a vague marketing label.

03

Pack

Cartons, crates, liners and unit packing are chosen for the lane: humidity, stack height and retailer handling. Kitchenware gets protective wrapping; produce gets ventilation and strength where needed.

04

Document

Commercial invoice, packing list and supporting certificates are prepared with your IEC/GST/FSSAI context. Food lanes reference our Central FSSAI exporter licence where applicable.

05

Ship

Cargo is handed to your nominated forwarder or a partner we recommend. We stay available through sailing week for amendments, photos and status notes.
